Penn State Harrisburg is a graduate and post-graduation college part of the Pennsylvania State University teaching system, with principal campus located in the city of Middletown, the Harrison campus, founded in 1966. It receives 3,900 students and offers two associate degrees, 32 bachelors, 22 master's degrees and three doctorates, in addition to certificate programs. Its different academic programs are offered by its Schools of Behavioral Sciences and Education, Business Administration, Humanities, Public Relations, and Science, Engineering and Technology.
